New Year's Resolutions - How to Keep Your Promises to Yourself

Chances are that you are like many out there - you have Zotrim Review started and stopped a few different diets and exercise programs trying to lose weight. So the question is - was there a problem with the diet or exercise program? Or was it you? Don't take offense, but most likely the problem was you!

 

Actually the problem isn't you, as much it is your mindset in starting whatever diet or exercise routine. What is your reason for starting the diet or exercise routine?Here is your problem - if this sound like your goals for losing some weight, then you will most likely fall short and drop out of the diet or exercise program yet again. Why? Because these goals are not strong enough for you to make and maintain a life change that is needed to not only lose the weight but also keep it off.

 

YOU need to be the goal for this life change. What do I mean by this? Your health, well being, and life needs to be the goal for your change in behavior and actions to bring about this weight loss and maintain it! After all - those other reasons you came up with are not always there, but you are always there. You are always there to remind yourself, you are always there in the mirror to answer to, you are the only one that will see through those lies that you use to cheat... You are the only one that will keep you true, and your health will be the only reason strong enough to keep you true to yourself!
