Still Looking For Those Easy Tips on Losing Weight Easily at Home?

Eventually I decided that the only thing to do was to join the Half Day Diet Review gym. It was a big expense and a definite change for me, so I really committed to doing it properly. I had sessions with the personal trainer there, who put me on a programme of cardio-vascular exercises. I went religiously 3 times a week, spending at least 90 minutes pounding the treadmill, the cross trainer or one of the other machines. I enjoyed the activity, the self-discipline and the routine it gave me - but I DIDN'T lose A POUND in 6 months!

I started hearing about circuit training. Not sure what it was exactly, but intrigued by the good reports of it's effectiveness in weight loss and toning I read more. Circuit training is a workout routine that combines cardiovascular fitness and resistance training. It was first proposed in the late 1950s as a method to develop general fitness.
